Women's V-neck Sequined Slim Fit Dress

I waited 16 days just to receive a poor quality dress. The photos are very misleading. The quality of the dress doesn’t look anything like the photos, nor is my dress Yellow as paid for and requested. The price was a little under $100 and now it’s to $20?? It mind as well be $20 period with this quality.
The sleeves don’t go over my hands. The size chart is off as well.
