Poor Quality Assurance

I really wanted to like this shorts. If it fit well, then I would have bought more. The quality assurance is no good. The left side, around the hip/leg area, is actually larger than the right side, which fits perfectly. When I try to contact the seller, there is no way to do so. The thread is also running at the bottom of the shorts. Note: This is a pull-up shorts; the waste band is elastic (button is for aesthetic purposes only).
