High Waist Sauna Sweat Leggings

This is day one of wearing these pants, so I can't really say much to the effectiveness of it just yet, but I can talk about th quality of the pants.I'm about 173-175 lbs, 5'7 and have wide hips and an unfortunate big bottom to match, so I ordered this in xxl.It fits almost perfectly, but while my thighs might be xxl, my calves certainly are not and they are very lose around that area.That being said, I can wear this under my jeggings and I will try to wear this constantly throughout the week under tights and leggings and see how things workout.I will update this review to talk about weightloss after I use this consistently for a few weeks.

They are perfect. Helps keep everything right and firm while you are working out.

The thickness is fine, there is no stretch at all unless one is very petite in size.

I like the material and thickness of Of the shorts, And just by sticking my arm through it, it does do it's job. however the fit does not fit me well I wear a 4X for my lower half and This definitely did not fit me, it was too small. If you do decide to buy it see if you can get it A couple size larger than what you really are. Oh and mind the smell, a good washing will get rid of it, but yeah it smells.
